IAISC INSTITUTIONAL CHARTER • v2026.1

Terms of Service & Accreditation Charter

Effective Date: October 18, 2026 • International AI Standards Council (IAISC)

01.Scope & Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the IAISC platform, querying the Cryptographic Verification Engine, or submitting an application for institutional accreditation, participating universities, laboratories, and organizations agree to be bound by this Charter and the associated Technical Specifications.

IAISC operates as an independent international standards consortium committed to digital sovereignty, algorithmic fairness, and pedagogical rigor in artificial intelligence education.

02.Accreditation Protocol & Auditing Standards

Accreditation granted by IAISC signifies verified compliance with IAISC Standard Spec v2026.4 at the time of issuance. Accredited institutions agree to:

  • Maintain deterministic compliance with the Tier Level (Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3) designated in their clearance certificate.
  • Submit to automated cryptographic proof audits and unannounced adversarial red-teaming checks.
  • Notify the Secretariat within 72 hours of any material compromise of training data pipelines, model weight hashes, or student credential systems.

03.Authorized Use of IAISC Marks & Seals

The IAISC Seal of Verification, logo marks, and cryptographic certification badges remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Council.

Accredited entities are licensed to display the IAISC Verified Badge solely during active accreditation standing. Any alteration of badge geometry, misuse on uncertified tracks, or continued display following credential revocation constitutes immediate trademark infringement and triggers public ledger blacklisting.

04.Sanctions, Suspension & Revocation Protocol

IAISC reserves the absolute authority to suspend or revoke accreditation clearance under the following triggers:

  • Detection of non-deterministic, fraudulent, or falsified curriculum proof manifests.
  • Failure to remediate flagged demographic fairness or safety barrier violations within 30 calendar days.
  • Deployment of unaligned autonomous capabilities in violation of international safety accords.

Revocation actions are immediately published to the public immutable ledger with status code STATUS: REVOKED.

05.Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from accreditation rulings, audit procedures, or charter interpretation are subject to binding institutional arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), conducted in Geneva, Switzerland.
