IAISC LEGAL CHARTER • v2026.1

Privacy Policy & Data Charter

Effective Date: October 18, 2026 • International AI Standards Council (IAISC)

01.Zero-Knowledge Verification Architecture

The International AI Standards Council (IAISC) is fundamentally engineered around privacy-preserving, zero-knowledge verification principles. When you query a credential ID, cryptographic hash, or institutional record through the Verification Engine, your query is evaluated deterministically against mathematical proofs without storing your identity or IP address.

We do not track, profile, monetize, or broker personal verification queries. No search logs containing personally identifiable queries are retained beyond transient in-memory cryptographic computation.

02.Information Collected from Accredited Institutions

For academic institutions, universities, and enterprise labs submitting accreditation applications through the IAISC portal:

  • Institutional Entity Data: Legal entity name, jurisdiction, authorized representative email, and verified domain endpoints.
  • Curriculum & Audit Hashes: Syllabi manifests, evaluation rubrics, and compute audit metrics, stored as immutable cryptographic digests.
  • Administrative Billing & Ingestion: Financial and payment records processed through compliant, encrypted tier-1 banking corridors.

03.Cookie Policy & Tracking Telemetry

IAISC maintains a Strict Zero-Tracking Policy. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or commercial telemetry beacons.

Essential session storage may be temporarily utilized in your browser strictly for preserving your active verification query or interface state.

04.Global Compliance & GDPR Adherence

In accordance with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK Data Protection Act, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), individuals and institutions hold sovereign rights over their data:

  • The right to access, rectify, or purge non-ledger administrative records.
  • The right to withdraw preliminary accreditation applications prior to cryptographic sealing.
  • The right to contact our designated Data Protection Officer (DPO).
